基于CiteSpace的分级诊疗下居民就诊行为影响因素分析

摘　　要：打破分级诊疗制度实施困境的关键在于居民在首诊时选择基层医疗,但居民就诊行为选择是一个复杂的决策过程,只有明确就诊行为选择的影响因素,才能制定更有效的政策和干预措施。作者选取2010年~2021年中国知网数据库收录的关于分级诊疗下居民就诊行为影响因素研究的中文期刊论文作为来源资料,利用CiteSpace软件进行发文数量、作者、研究机构以及研究热点的可视化分析。基于文献分析,本文系统提出居民就诊行为影响因素,并提出进一步研究方向。The key to getting rid of the dilemma of graded diagnosis and treatment is for residents to choose grassroot medical treatmentat the first consultation.Patients’ health-seeking behavior and institution choice are part of a complex decisionmaking. Only by understanding the influencing factors on the intention of first visit in primary care institutions can more effective policies and interventions be developed. Chinese Journal papers on the study of influencing factors of residents’ medical behavior under hierarchical medical treatment collected by CNKI from 2010 to 2021 are selected as samples,and CiteSpace software is used for visual analysis of number of papers,authors,research institutions and research hotspots,and corresponding knowledge map is drawn. Based on the literature analysis,this paper systematically proposed the influencing factors of residents’ medical behavior and proposed the direction for further research.
