摘  要:为提高邻菲罗啉系列缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能及适用范围,从分子设计角度出发,合成了一种1,2-二苯基-1H-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲罗啉(HIP)新型缓蚀剂,采用失重法、电化学法和扫描电镜研究了其在盐酸介质中对低碳钢的缓蚀作用和在低碳钢表面的吸附行为,分析了缓蚀剂分子的吸附热力学,并通过量子化学理论计算研究了缓蚀剂分子结构与缓蚀性能的关系。结果表明:合成的1,2-二苯基-1H-咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲啰啉(HIP)在1 mol/L盐酸溶液中对低碳钢具有良好的缓蚀性能,40℃、缓蚀剂浓度为1.0 mmol/L时其缓蚀效率为97.0%;该缓蚀剂在低碳钢表面的吸附为放热反应过程、遵循朗格缪尔等温吸附;低碳钢表面的标准吉布斯自由能ΔG^(0)_(ads)=-40.5 kJ/mol,说明缓蚀剂在低碳钢表面的吸附为化学吸附;动电位极化曲线显示该缓蚀剂为同时抑制阴极和阳极的混合型缓蚀剂,但阳极极化在-300 mV以后其腐蚀电流密度基本无变化;量子化学理论计算值与试验结果一致。In order to improve the corrosion inhibition performance and the application scope of o-phenanthroline derivatives, a new type of 1,2-diphenyl-1 H-imidazo [4,5-f][1,10] phenanthroline(HIP) corrosion inhibitor was synthesized by molecular design method. The corrosion inhibition effect on mild steel in hydrochloric acid medium and the adsorption behavior on the surface of mild steel were studied through weightlessness method, electrochemical method and scanning electron microscope. In addition, the adsorption thermodynamics of corrosion inhibitor molecules were analyzed, and the relationship between the molecular structure of HIP and corrosion inhibition performance was further studied by quantum chemical method. Results showed that HIP had good corrosion inhibition performance for mild steel in 1.0 mol/L HCl solution, and the corrosion inhibition efficiency was 97.0% under the temperature of 40 ℃ with the inhibitor concentration of 1.0 mmol/L. Moreover, the adsorption of HIP on the surface of mild steel was an exothermic reaction process belonging to Langmuir isotherm adsorption. The standard Gibbs free energy(ΔG^(0)_(ads)=-40.5 kJ/mol) on the surface of mild steel indicated that the adsorption of HIP on such surface was chemical adsorption. Meanwhile, the potentiodynamic polarization curve showed that HIP was a mixed corrosion inhibitor restraining both the cathode and the anode, but the corrosion current density changed little when the anode polarization exceeded-300 mV. Besides, the theoretical calculation results were consistent with the experimental results.
