摘 要:硅溶胶的硅氧键由于刚度太大而易在成膜交联过程中形成微裂纹。为了弥补这一缺陷,以硅烷偶联剂与硅溶胶为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备出改性硅溶胶溶液,并将其涂在铝板表面;研究了硅溶胶的pH值、 pH值调节剂种类、反应时间对改性硅溶胶产物及其涂层性能的影响,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和接触角测定仪等对涂层性能进行了表征。结果表明:改性后的硅溶胶性能稳定,其涂层表面光滑,铅笔硬度达到6 H,耐温500℃,接触角约为91°,热稳定性良好。As the silicon-oxygen bond of silica sol is too rigid, it is easy to form microcracks during the film-forming cross-linking process. To overcome this problem, modified silica sol solution was prepared by sol-gel method using silane coupling agent and silica sol as raw materials, and coated on the surface of aluminum plate. The effects of pH value of silica sol, pH regulator type and reaction time on the properties of the above-mentioned silica sol and coating were studied, and the properties of such coating were characterized through Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetry(TG) and contact angle analyzer. Results showed that the modified silica sol had stable properties and the coating had a smooth surface, a pencil hardness up to 6 H, a temperature resistance of 500 ℃, a contact angle of 91°, and a good thermal stability.
