摘　　要：围绕长江保护法中的水资源节约保护内容,分析了提高政治站位、增强尊法学法守法用法意识的重要意义,倡导树立改革思维、破解水资源制约节约保护利用难题,并从节水管理、生态流量监管、饮用水水源保护和地下水管理保护、水生态环境保护修复等方面,阐述了确保法律法规政策落地生效的路径,深入贯彻“十六字”治水思路,推动长江水资源节约保护工作再上新台阶。In the light of contents stipulated in the Yangtze River Protection Law,this paper analyzes the significance of raising awareness of respecting and abiding law and regulations,by advocating the reform thinking so as to deal with the restrictive factors for water resources conservation,protection and utilization.Solutions to ensure effective implementation of regulations and policies are discussed from the aspects of water-saving management,ecological flow monitoring,drinking water source and groundwater protection and water ecological environment restoration,in order to promote the work of water resources conservation and protection to a new level.
