摘　　要：在我国生态文明建设全面推进的时代背景下,山西岩溶大泉开发利用保护面临新形势新要求。介绍了山西岩溶大泉开发利用现状、存在的问题及成因,提出建立岩溶大泉保护的生态工程体系、法律法规体系、数字泉域体系、严密监测体系和科学研究体系,为实现山西岩溶大泉复流、确保岩溶泉域系统良性循环提供借鉴。Under the background of full implementation of ecological civilization in China,Shanxi Province is facing new requirements and challenges in the development,utilization and protection of karst springs.This paper introduces the present situation and reasonalized the existed problems with the development and utilization of large karst springs.It suggests to establish ecological-based engineering system,law enforcement and regulation system,digital spring areas,a strict monitoring system and strengthen scientific research for the protection of large karst springs,so as to keep the beneficent cycle of large karst springs in the province.
