摘　　要：本文基于2003—2018年城市层面的非平衡面板数据,使用双重差分方法,从多样化集聚和专业化集聚两个维度研究了各地区CBD建设对服务业集聚产生的影响。研究结果表明:CBD建设对于地区服务业的专业化集聚没有显著的影响,而对服务业的多样化集聚有显著的促进作用,并且随着时间的推移,促进作用先逐渐增强后迅速减弱。进一步的研究显示,CBD建设对于服务业多样化集聚的促进作用存在着区域异质性,东部地区促进作用最强且显著,中西部地区的促进作用较弱。Based on the unbalanced panel data at the city level from 2003 to 2018,this research uses the DID method to study the impact of CBD construction in various regions on service industry agglomeration from the two dimensions of diversified agglomeration and specialized agglomeration.This study has the following conclusions:CBD construction has no significant impact on the professional agglomeration of the regional service industry,but has a significant role in promoting the diversified agglomeration of the service industry.The role of CBD construction in promoting the diversified agglomeration of the service industry first strengthened and then weakened over time.Further research shows that there is regional heterogeneity in the promotion of CBD construction to the diversified agglomeration of the service industry.The promotion effect of the eastern region is the strongest and significant,and the promotion effect of the central and western regions is weak.
