摘 要:羊是重要的经济动物。近年来,分子标记研究极大地促进了羊经济性状的分子机制解析,而基于分子标记的分子育种技术的发展则促进了羊育种进展,加快了优质、快长等专门化肉羊新品种(系)培育。通过梳理与羊生长性状、繁殖性状、肉质性状等相关的分子标记研究进展,以期为羊分子标记辅助育种实践提供理论参考。Sheep and goat are important livestock.In recent years,molecular marker research has greatly promoted the molecular mechanism analysis of economic traits of sheep and goat.The development of molecular breeding technology based on molecular marker has promoted the progress of sheep and goat breeding and accelerated the cultivation of new breeds(lines)of specialized sheep and goat,such as high meat quality and fast growing breeds(lines).In this paper,the research progress of molecular markers related to growth traits,reproductive traits and meat quality traits of sheep and goat was reviewed,which provided theoretical reference for molecular marker assisted breeding practice of sheep and goat.
