摘　　要：为了提高蛋公鸡的福利,并对其进行高效饲养和有效利用,研究了不同能量和蛋白饲料配方对海兰褐蛋公鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、器官指数、肉品质和风味感官评价相关指标的影响。结果表明:1)在7—12周,A配方组的海兰褐蛋公鸡日增重显著高于B配方组,料重比极显著低于B配方组。2)不同配方对海兰褐蛋公鸡的屠宰性能无显著影响,但A配方组的腹脂率极显著低于B配方组。3)A配方组的海兰褐蛋公鸡脾脏指数和睾丸指数较B配方组显著提高,其他器官指数无显著差异。4)不同配方对海兰褐蛋公鸡肉品质无显著影响,但会显著影响人们对腿肌的风味感官。综合各项指标,在本试验条件下,参考肉鸡常规饲料配置的A配方更加适合海兰褐蛋公鸡肉用的饲养。In order to improve the welfare of male layers,raise and utilize them efficiently,the effects of different energy and protein feed formulas on growth performance,slaughter performance,organ index,meat quality and flavor sensory evaluation of HY-line Brown male layer were studied.The results showed that:1)In 7—12 weeks,the daily gain of HY-line Brown male layer of formula A group was significantly higher than that of formula B group,and the feed-weight ratio was extremely significantly lower than that of formula B group.2)Different formulas had no significant effect on the slaughter performance of HY-line Brown male layer,but the abdominal fat rate of formula A group was extremely significantly lower than that of formula B group.3)The spleen index and testis index of HY-line Brown male layer of formula A group were significantly higher than those of formula B group,and there was no significant difference in other organ indexes.4)Different formulas had no significant effect on the meat quality of HY-line Brown male layer,but could significantly affect people’s flavor sense of leg muscle.According to various indexes,under the experimental conditions,formula A with reference to the conventional feed configuration of broilers was more suitable for the feeding of HY-line Brown male layer.
