摘 要:传统的线性稳压器芯片中,输出端口外接μF级电容可以确保环路稳定工作,但占用面积较大,不适合于片上集成系统,而无片外电容式线性稳压器的pF级负载电容会严重降低环路稳定性,负载突变也会导致输出电压产生跳变,因此,为提高线性稳压器的工作稳定性,同时保证其良好的瞬态响应性能,设计一款无片外电容同时具有低功耗和大输出电流的线性稳压器。基于带隙基准电压源相关原理对各模块展开设计,并利用Cadence Spectre软件从子模块到整体系统进行仿真与验证。实验结果表明所设计器件工作稳定、达到预期指标。In the traditional linear regulator chip,the output port is externally connected with μF capacitor to ensure the stable operation of the loop,but it occupies a large area,which is not suitable for on-chip integrated system.However,the pF load capacitor of the linear regulator without off-chip capacitor will seriously reduce the loop stability,and the sudden change of the load will also lead to the fluctuate of the output voltage.Therefore,in order to improve the working stability of the linear regulator and ensure its good transient response performance,a linear regulator with low power consumption and large output current without off-chip capacitor is designed.Each module is designed based on the principle of bandgap voltage reference,and the simulation and verification are carried out from the submodule to the whole system through Cadence Spectre software.The experimental results show that the designed device works stably and reaches the expectation.
