摘 要:街区制路网在提高片区内交通组织效率的同时也会产生穿越交通,从而加大交通流对住区居民的影响。本文通过建立街区制路网评价指标体系,综合评价住区道路开放的合理性及其合适程度。首先,从路网空间指标、路网运行质量及交通负效应影响三个方面选取街区制路网评价指标;其次,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标的权重并进行一致性检验,从而建立街区制路网评价指标体系;最后,在交通仿真中模拟实地案例及其开放方案,得出该住区开放的合理性,并选取评价最优方案作为封闭住区开放方案。The block-based road network not only improves the efficiency of traffic organization in the area,but also generates crosstraffic,thereby increasing the impact of traffic flow on residential residents.By establishing a block-based road network evaluation index system,the paper comprehensively evaluates the rationality and suitability of road opening in residential areas.First of all,the evaluation indicators of the block-based road network are selected from three aspects of road network spatial indicators,road network operation quality,and traffic negative effects.Secondly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each index and to check the consistency,so as to establish a blockbased road network evaluation index system.Finally,in the traffic simulation,the field case and its opening plan are simulated,and the rationality of the opening of the settlement is obtained and the optimal plan for evaluation is selected as the closed settlement opening plan.
