摘 要:为研究不同被动式策略对建筑能耗的影响,分析其在不同程度的舒适度中的量化关系,从而选取适宜的被动式低能耗改造策略。本文选择潍坊地区一栋民居为例,运用EnergyPlus软件,采用软件模拟法,通过测量实地数据和建立潍坊地区村镇住宅的计算模型,从外墙保温、换气策略、外窗性能、吊顶保温四个方面进行策略量化分析,并从三种舒适度中提供具体改造方案。结果表明,同时进行外墙保温、吊顶保温、外窗性能改善、采用极限的换气策略的方案的效果最好。相关结论可以对村镇民居被动式低能耗改造提供参考。In order to study the impact of different passive strategies on building energy consumption,the paper analyzes their quantitative relationship in different degrees of comfort,and selects appropriate passive low-energy consumption renovation strategies.This paper selects a residence in Weifang,uses EnergyPlus software,adopts software simulation method,measures field data and establishes calculation model of residential houses in Weifang area.Then from four aspects of external wall insulation,ventilation strategy,external window performance,and ceiling insulation,the paper carries out quantitative analysis on the strategies,and provides specific transformation plans from three comfort levels.The results show that the effect of simultaneous external wall insulation,ceiling insulation,external window performance improvement,and extreme ventilation strategy is the best.Relevant conclusions can provide references for passive low-energy consumption transformation of residential buildings in villages and towns.
