日本公开空地绿化配置调查——“袖珍公园”在日本的实践

摘　　要：本文在实地考察2004年以来日本各地的公开空地实施项目的基础上,通过对典型的设计实例的分析,对开放空地绿化配置方法进行总结、归纳,为在各地城市建设中积极探索实施容积率奖励制度、创造优美城市景观提供参考。本文将开放空地绿化配置方法分为六类:外庭型,内庭型,下沉广场型,屋顶型,特别绿化、装饰绿化型,群体型。并分别阐述绿化配置方法及其功能。研究认为,开放空地绿化是都市绿色网络化的整体部分,是提升建筑物综合环境性能的有效方法,也是构建和谐城市与自然的重要方法。Based on the field investigation on the open space implementation projects in various places of Japan since 2004,through the analysis of typical design examples,this paper summarizes and sums up the greening allocation methods of open space,and provides a reference for actively exploring and implementing the floor area ratio reward system and creating beautiful urban landscape in urban construction in various places.In this paper,the greening configuration methods of open space were classified into six types as outer court greening,inner court greening,sunken square greening,roof garden greening,specialized and decorated greening and cluster greening,,and their greening configuration methods and functions are elaborated respectively.It is thought that the greening of open space is an integrated part of urban green network,an effective method to improve the comprehensive environmental performance of the building,and also an important method for the harmony between urban and nature.
