摘　　要：在城市化进程不断发展的现代社会中,为满足大众需求,应从我国老龄化发展现状问题着手,为综合养老社区配备完善的公共设施,满足不同健康状况老年人的养老需求。它对于改善社区老年人的养老环境、促进老年人身心健康、增强老年人对社区的归属感和安全感具有重要的意义和作用。本文针对国内养老社区公共建筑规划定位不全面、硬件设备不完善等问题,以及对养老社区的基本情况、居住模式、建筑设施设计公共服务设施配置内容、建设标准、空间布局等策略进行了详细的分析和研究。In the modern society with the continuous development of urbanization,in order to meet the needs of the public,we should start from the current development situation of our country’s aging.The comprehensive elderly care community is equipped with complete public facilities to meet the elderly care needs of the elderly with different health conditions.It has important significance and plays an important role in improving the elderly care environment in the community,promoting the physical and mental health of the elderly,and enhancing the sense of belonging and security of the elderly in the community.This paper discusses the problems of incomplete planning of public buildings in domestic elderly communities,imperfect hardware equipment and other issues,and then puts forward the solution strategies from the basic situation of the elderly communities,residential models,building facilities design,public service facilities configuration content,construction standards,and spatial layout,etc.in detail.
