摘　　要：本文对墙壁插座面板米粒筋对面板脱扣力的影响进行了研究,首先利用FEA软件计算了面板脱扣力,并进行了试验对标。然后分析了不同面板米粒筋与固定架的间隙对面板脱扣力的影响曲线及敏感度曲线。最后结合该影响曲线得出面板米粒筋与固定架的间隙最佳值。In this article a research was given to the effects of grain ribs of the switch on the panel trip force.Firstly,the trip force of the panel was analyzed with FEA software and the FEA results were confirmed by the test.Then we compared the trip forces of panels with different gap between the panel grain ribs and the bracket and drew the effect curve and effect sensitivecurve.Finally according to these curves,the best value of the gap between the panel grain ribs and the bracket was found.
