摘　　要：针对快节奏生活状态下,用户普遍反馈破壁机制浆和等待时间太长,本文研究了蒸汽灭酶工艺,并设计了一款采用蒸汽灭酶工艺的即饮式破壁机,能缩短制浆时间,且不需要等待即可饮。同时结构上创新设计了可拆洗刀盘,解决搅拌刀和杯底不方便清洗的痛点。For fast-paced life,Users generally feedback that the blending and waiting time of the blender is too long,This paper studies the steam enzyme killing technology,ablender with the steam enzyme killing technology is designed.It can shorten the pulping time and drink without waiting.At the same time,a detachable and washable cutter head is innovatively designed in structure to solve the pain of inconvenient cleaning of blending knife and cup bottom.
