减缓烟草专用复合肥结块的试验研究

摘　　要：以云南省、贵州省、四川省、重庆市烟叶种植区采用的烟草专用复合肥为研究对象,分析了烟草专用复合肥的养分特点,并开展了采用不同生产控制条件、仓储管理方式对缓解肥料结块的试验。结果表明,烟草专用复合肥的结块程度与产品含水量、包装温度、包装规格、堆码层数呈正相关的关系,与产品粒度和颗粒均匀性呈负相关的关系。在复合肥生产和仓储过程中,需重点兼顾生产效率、物耗、能耗与缓解结块的平衡,控制产品中水的质量分数小于1.5%、粒径为2.0~4.5 mm、包装温度低于35℃、包装规格少于40 kg/袋、产品堆码层数不超过18层时,可以有效缓解烟草专用复合肥的结块问题。Taking the tobacco special compound fertilizer used in tobacco planting areas in Yunnan Province, Guizhou Province, Sichuan Province and Chongqing as the research object, the nutrient characteristics of tobacco special compound fertilizer are analyzed, and the experiments of different production control conditions and storage management measures on alleviating fertilizer caking are carried out. The results show that the caking degree of tobacco special compound fertilizer is positively correlated with product water content, packaging temperature, packaging specification and stacking layers, and negatively correlated with product particle size and particle uniformity. In the process of compound fertilizer production and storage, it is necessary to focus on the balance point between production efficiency, material consumption, energy consumption and alleviating caking. The caking problem of special compound fertilizer for tobacco can be effectively alleviated by controlling the mass fraction of water in the product below 1.5%, the particle size of 2.0-4.5 mm, the packaging temperature below 35 ℃, the packaging specification below 40 kg/bag and the number of stacking layers of the product no more than 18.
