摘  要:介绍了采用干湿法结合脱硫、富氧-蒸汽转化、改良热钾碱脱碳,以焦炉煤气为原料生产合成氨、二氧化碳汽提法合成尿素的工艺技术。以焦炉煤气为原料生产合成氨、尿素,从根本上解决了炼焦厂副产的焦炉煤气排放造成的环境污染,且具有明显的成本优势。An introduction of using dry and wet combined desulfurization, oxygen enriched steam conversion and improved hot potash decarbonization is given to the process technology of producing ammonia from coke oven gas and synthesizing urea by carbon dioxide stripping. Using coke oven gas as raw material to produce ammonia and urea fundamentally solves the environmental pollution caused by the emission of coke oven gas, which is the by-product of coking plant, and has obvious cost advantages.
