摘　　要：由于矿物燃料的广泛使用,空气中含硫物质逐年积累,电子产品及元器件出现硫化失效的情况越来越多,因此对硫环境监测的需求日益广泛,电子产品与元器件的抗硫化能力评价也越来越受到重视。我国对硫化加速试验和评价方法等基础研究较少,缺乏电子产品及元器件硫化加速试验条件及相关评价的标准规范或其他指导性文件。在综述国外有关硫化加速试验文献的基础上,总结了硫化加速试验方法和硫化环境评价方法,可为我国电子行业选择合适的硫化加速试验方法和评价硫化环境提供思路和依据。With the widespread use of fossil fuels,sulfur-containing substances have accumulated in the air year by year.In recent years,there have been more and more cases of sulfurization failures of electronic products and components.At present,there are few basic researches on accelerated vulcanization test and evaluation methods,and there are no standard specifications for accelerated vulcanization test conditions and evaluation.Based on the literature review of foreign accelerated vulcanization tests,the accelerated vulcanization test methods and vulcanization environment evaluation methods are summarized,which can provide ideas and basis for the domestic electronics industry to choose a suitable accelerated vulcanization test method and evaluate the vulcanization environment.
