摘 要:为了探究金属化后的电磁散射特性,通过采用含铜、银导电涂料分别对非金属物体进行表面处理,然后通过理论计算理想电导体雷达散射截面积以及实验室测量雷达散射截面,通过对比分析,非金属物体喷涂导电涂料达到2μm以上时,具有和理想电导体大小相当的雷达散射截面积,在军事领域有着重要应用价值。With the rapid development of modern industry,conductive coatings have been widely used in military and civilian industries.Conductive coatings containing copper,silver and other composite particles as conductive particles can impart conductivity to a completely insulated non-metal or non-conductive surface by spraying.In order to explore the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of metallization and its application value in military countermeasures,this paper uses copper and silver conductive coatings to metalize non-metallic objects respectively,and then theoretically calculate and measure the RCS of ideal electrical conductors.Through comparative analysis,when non-metallic objects are sprayed with conductive coatings of more than 2 microns,they have a RCS equivalent to the size of an ideal electrical conductor,which has important application value in the field of military false targets.
