摘  要:为实现对武器装备镀覆(涂)层表面的有效过程防护,采用简单空气喷涂工艺,在镀覆(涂)层表面喷涂一种水性液体可剥涂料(丙烯酸树脂),形成一层均匀致密,且与待保护表面完美贴合的防护膜。通过可剥性试验、重复修复机械损伤试验,验证了该防护膜的工艺可行性;通过高温稳定性测试,与装配胶、溶剂、硅脂等材料的兼容性试验,证实了该防护膜与复杂工序过程的兼容性;通过盐雾、霉菌、湿热、温度冲击试验,证实了剥离防护膜后的镀覆(涂)层的外观和性能未受到影响,表明了该防护膜装备镀覆(涂)层优异的防护性能。In order to achieve an effective process prevention on the weapons equipment coatings,one uniform and dense protective film that perfectly fits on the coatings can be formed by spraying a liquid strippable paint layer(acrylic resin emulsion)using a conventional compressed-air spraying process.The process feasibility of the protective film has been verified through long-term peeling tests and repeated mechanical damage-repair tests.By adopting the high-temperature stability tests and the compatibility tests with assembly glue,solvents,silicone greases,the compatibility of the complex procedures with the protective film has been demonstrated.In addition,the salt spraying,the antifungal,the damp heat and temperature shock have no effect on the appearance and performance of the coatings,indicating that the protective film achieves an effective process protection on the weapon equipment coatings.
