摘　　要：新发展阶段是由我们党和国家根据国内外形势提出的重要战略布局,本文以社会主义主要矛盾转化的视角出发,分析形成新发展阶段的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。基于马克思主义需求理论与社会再生产理论阐明新发展阶段形成的理论基础,论证社会主要矛盾供需两侧及其原理对理解新发展阶段的重要意义;新发展阶段是社会主义初级阶段成长的必然环节,以罗斯托经济成长阶段理论为依托能实现社会主义初级阶段转变与主要矛盾转化的契合;中国需要加快建立新发展格局的形成,以应对新发展阶段表现出的不平衡不充分问题,实现满足人民对美好生活需要的向往和更高水平的社会发展新需求。During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China’s economy is facing profound changes. From the perspective of the international environment, the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century. Globalization has entered a new stage, and multi-polarization is accelerating. China is facing the severe international epidemic and world economic situation. From the perspective of the domestic environment, China is entering the stage of marching towards the second centenary goal of building a modern socialist country in all respects. The advantages of comprehensive national strength are prominent, but the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development is still prominent. The new stage of development is an important strategic layout proposed by the CPC and the country according to the situation at home and abroad. The analysis of the proposal of the new stage of development has important theoretical significance and value of the times.However, the existing literature seldom completely analyzes the new development stage from the triple logic of theory,history and practice, and it is difficult to find the common ground of the triple logic at a deep level.Starting from the academic perspective of the transformation of the main contradiction of socialism, this paper analyzes the theoretical, historical and practical logic of forming a new stage of development. From the perspective of theoretical logic, the imbalance between supply and demand will cause the main contradiction to change, and then lead to the transformation of the characteristics of the primary socialism stage. Based on the Marxist demand theory and social capital reproduction theory, the theoretical basis for the formation of the new development stage can be clarified. From the perspective of historical logic, the new stage of development is an inevitable part of the growth of the primary stage of socialism.
