摘 要:选择3种典型性能的钛合金:中强高韧性能TA15合金、高强中韧性能Ti67合金和超高强低韧性能Ti36合金设计了半穿甲战斗部,应用火炮进行了3种钛合金半穿甲战斗部高速斜侵彻单层钢靶性能对比的实验研究。结果表明:战斗部速度在760~780 m/s时,①2发TA15合金战斗部均贯穿钢靶,回收战斗部结构完好;②2发Ti67合金战斗部也贯穿钢靶,仅1发回收的战斗部结构完好;③2发Ti36合金战斗部在穿透钢板后均发生断裂;④在3种钛合金中,中强高韧性能TA15合金和高强中韧性能Ti67合金都适合作为半穿甲战斗部壳体材料,进一步对比该2种合金,TA15合金强度中等,但韧性和强度匹配良好,抗绝热剪切能力强,综合性能较佳,可优先作为高速下半穿甲战斗部壳体材料。Combined with the development status of titanium alloy,TA15 alloy with medium strength and high toughness,Ti67 alloy with high strength and medium toughness and Ti36 alloy with ultra-high strength and low toughness were selected.A semi armor piercing warhead was designed,and the performance comparison of three kinds of semi armor piercing warheads penetrating single-layer steel target at high speed and oblique direction was carried out by using 125 mm diameter gun.The results show that:in the speed range of 760~780 m/s,①both TA15 alloy warheads penetrate through the steel target,and the structure of the recovered warhead is intact;②Two Ti67 alloy warheads also run through the steel target,and only one recovered warhead is in good condition;③Two Ti36 alloy warheads broke after penetrating the steel plate;4)Among the three titanium alloys,TA15 alloy with medium strength and high toughness and Ti67 alloy with high strength and medium toughness are suitable for semi armor piercing warhead shell materials.Further comparison of the two alloys shows that TA15 alloy has medium strength,good toughness and strength matching,strong adiabatic shear resistance and better comprehensive properties,and can be preferred as high-speed semi armor piercing warhead shell materials.
