摘 要:对某型船用核动力装置原有转换程序下的强迫循环向自然循环转换过程瞬态进行了研究,并对原有转换程序进行优化。结果表明:原有转换程序下转换前核功率越高,转换过程中反应堆出口温度上升越快,峰值越高;蒸汽发生器压力下降越快,谷值越低:转换越容易失败,转换功率区狭小。转换程序优化后,主蒸汽压力下降和反应堆出口温度上升得到了有效抑制,主蒸汽压力谷值和反应堆出口温度峰值分别为优化前的91%和95%,转换功率区拓宽为原有的200%。Transient characteristics of conversion from forced circulation to natural circulation of marine nuclear power plant in original conversion process were calculated and optimized.The results show that in original conversion process,the higher pre conversion nuclear power is,the faster the core outlet temperature rises,the higher the peak value of core outlet temperature is,the faster the main steam pressure drops,the lower the main steam pressure valley is,the smaller the conversion power range is.In optimized conversion process,core outlet temperature rise and main steam pressure drop were effectively restrained.The main steam pressure trough value and reactor outlet temperature peak value are 91%and 95%of the values before optimization respectively,and the conversion power area is enlarged to 200%of the original.
