摘  要:为了拓展厌氧消化原料的来源,以平菇菌渣为研究对象进行沼气发酵试验.在中温(35±1)℃条件下,采用批量式发酵工艺,对其产气特性及有机质含量变化与厌氧消化之间的关系进行分析.试验结果表明,平菇菌渣是一种较佳的发酵原料,其原料产气率为464 mL/g、TS产气率为619 mL/g、VS产气率为720 mL/g.在沼气发酵过程中,纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、总糖、低聚糖、还原糖和淀粉均不同程度的发生降解,其中纤维素和低聚糖的降解率远高于其他有机质,纤维素几乎全部降解,低聚糖降解率达到了90%以上.该试验结果为平菇菌渣的无害化、资源化利用提供理论研究基础和数据支持.In order to expand the source of raw materials for anaerobic digestion,the experiment on the biogas fermentation of Pleurotus ostreatus residues was carried out.At the medium temperature(35±1)℃,the relationship between anaerobic digestion,gas production characteristics and the organic matter content were analyzed by the batch fermentation process.The results showed that the Pleurotus ostreatus residue was a better raw material for the fermentation,and its gas production rate was 464 mL·g^(-1),with the TS gas production rate as 619 mL·g^(-1) and the VS gas production rate as 720 mL·g^(-1).In the process of the biogas fermentation,cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin,crude fat,crude protein,total sugar,oligosaccharide,reducing sugar and starch were all degraded in different degrees,where the degradation rate of cellulose and oligosaccharide was much higher than that of other organic matter,almost all cellulose was degraded,and the degradation rate of oligosaccharide reached more than 90%.The experimental results provided the theoretical basis and technical supports for the harmless and resource utilization of Pleurotus ostreatus residues.
