摘 要:本文介绍了高炉瓦斯灰回转窑煤基氢冶金试验工艺,包括基本工艺原理、试验工艺流程、主要设备特点以及试验开展情况等内容。高炉瓦斯灰煤基氢冶金回转窑试验工艺相对于传统工艺不仅能够实现瓦斯灰中氧化锌的回收,同时还能高效的还原瓦斯灰中铁氧化物,产出的金属化物料可实现循环化利用。这一新型试验工艺实现了瓦斯灰的高资源化处理,并同时具备高效、节能、环保等诸多特点,较传统工艺有着明显的优势.This paper introduces the coal-based hydrogen metallurgy test process of blast furnace gas ash in rotary kiln,including basic process principle,production test process flow,main equipment characteristics and production test.Compared with the traditional production process,the production process of blast furnace gas ash coal-based hydrogen metallurgy in rotary kiln can not only recover zinc oxide in gas ash,but also efficiently reduce iron oxide in gas ash.The metallized materials produced can be recycled.This new test process realizes the high resource treatment of gas ash and has many characteristics such as high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection etc.,and has obvious advantages over the traditional process.
