摘 要:针对酒钢镀锌线1#单机架四辊光整机生产高强钢过程中的边浪、复合浪等板型缺陷问题,研究了采用VCL支承辊技术的可行性,提出了支承辊新的辊型配置方案,开展了曲线绘制、磨削与轧辊上机试验,完成了从方案设计到生产应用的试验研究。结果表明:VCL支承辊辊型可以增加光整机板形控制能力,改善支承辊轴向不均匀磨损,稳定性提高,消除产品边浪的效果明显。Aiming at the defect problems of edge waves and composite waves in the highstrength steel production by the 1#single-stand four-roll skin pass mill in JISCO galvanized line,the feasibility of using VCL backup roller technology was studied,and a new configuration scheme of backup roll profile was proposed.The curve drawing,grinding and roll on-machine test were carried out and experimental research from scheme design to production application was completed.The results show that the VCL backup roll profile can increase the shape control ability of the skin pass mill,improve the uneven axial wear of the backup roll and the stability,and has a significant effect of eliminating product edge waves.
