摘　　要：本文介绍了高炉软水密闭循环冷却系统中蒸发式空冷器设备的基本原理和特点,对比7#高炉未改造前使用传统管式蒸发空冷器与改造后使用的板式蒸发空冷器相比较,板式蒸发式空冷器具有精准、高效、低成本的技术优势,但同时,也对设备的管理运行提出了较高的技术要求。目前该设备已在酒钢宏兴钢铁股份公司7号高炉冷却系统中得到成功应用。The basic principle and characteristics of the evaporative air cooler in the soft water closed circulating cooling system of blast furnace are introduced in the paper.Compared the traditional tube evaporative air cooler before reformation of No.7 blast furnace and the plate evaporative air cooler after reformation,the plate evaporative air cooler has the technical advantages of accuracy,high efficiency and low cost.But at the same time,it also puts forward higher technical requirements for the management and operation of the equipment.At present,it has been successfully applied in the cooling system of No.7 blast furnace of JISCO.
