摘  要:介绍了一种新型晶闸管数字移相触发脉冲产生电路的仿真研究过程。该研究根据电路结构、工作原理推导了振荡器工作频率,并通过大量仿真测试,证明了电路产生的触发脉冲符合晶闸管对触发脉冲稳定可靠的要求。电路适合单片机根据输出电压要求编程控制晶闸管触发脉冲位置,即控制角α,从而控制晶闸管快充电源的输出。This paper introduces the process of the simulation study of a new-type thyristor digital phase shift trigger pulse generating circuit.The structure and working principle of the circuit are given,and the operating frequency of the oscillator is deduced in this process.It is proved in simulation tests that the trigger pulse generated by the circuit meets the requirements of the thyristor for trigger pulses,which is stable and reliable.The MCU programs and controls the position of the trigger pulse of the thyristor according to the requirements of the output voltage,which is suitable for the circuit.That is,the output of the fast charging power supply of the thyristor can be controlled by controlling the angleα.
