摘  要:以三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)为交联剂,过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG)为相变单元,电子转移型有机化合物为光热致变剂,通过浸渍、原位热引发聚合对尼龙66纤维进行表面修饰处理,并通过差示扫描量热仪、电子扫描显微镜、纤维强力仪等表征了修饰前后纤维的结构与性能。结果表明,上浆后的尼龙66纤维断裂强度下降明显;TAIC含量增多,尼龙66纤维的相变焓和相变温度降低;APEG与TAIC质量比为8∶1时上浆率和回潮率最高,此时结晶焓和熔融焓分别为41.79和42.07 J/g,结晶温度和熔融温度为33.75和46.96℃。纤维在常温、自然光线下为白色,在较强的太阳光下为桃红色,在31℃以上为粉色。纤维具有明显的热储能和光热致变色特性。The nylon 66 fiber was surface modified by immersion and in-situ thermal polymerization using triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC)as crosslinking agent,dibenzoyl peroxide(BPO)as initiator,allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG)as phase change unit,electronic transfer type organic compounds as photothermal modifiers.The structures of the fibers before and after modification were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter,scanning electron microscope,fiber strength meter.The results showed that the breaking strength of nylon 66 fiber after sizing was decreased.The phase transition enthalpy and phase transition temperature of nylon 66 fibers was reduced with increasing the content of TAIC.The sizing rate and moisture regain were the highest when the mass ratio of APEG to TAIC was 8∶1,while the crystallization enthalpy and melting enthalpy of fibers were 41.79 and 42.07 J/g,respectively.The crystallization and melting temperature were 33.75 and 46.96℃,respectively.The color of fibers was white under room temperature and day light,which was peach under strong sunlight and pink under the temperature higher than 31℃.The fibers had obvious thermal energy storage and photothermochromic properties.
