摘  要:本文利用Bernardi生热速率方程,通过仿真和实验验证建立了可靠的电芯生热模型,仿真和实验误差在2%以内。在此基础上建立汇流排产热影响下的模组生热模型,针对原冷却系统对模组顶部区域和汇流排上冷却效果不足等进行改进设计,在冷却板布置方式上提出将冷却板布置在模组侧面,再通过仿真分析选取合适的冷却板厚度、冷却液体积浓度和冷却液入口流速,最终设计的冷却系统模组汇流排体平均温升降低了15.56%,电芯体平均温升降低了11.48%,模组顶部表面平均温升降低了20.34%,同时模组电芯上的温度分布也更加均匀。In this paper,a reliable cell heat generation model is established by using Bernardi heat gener-ation rate equation through simulation and experimental verification,and the simulation and experimental error isless than 2%. Based on this,the heat generation model of the module under the influence of the bus-bar heat genera-tion is established. For improved design of the original cooling system for insufficient cooling effect on the top area ofthe module and the bus bar,for the cooling plate arrangement,it is proposed to install the cooling plate on the sideof the module,and then to select the appropriate cooling plate thickness,cooling fluid volume concentration and thecoolant inlet velocity through simulation analysis. In the final design,the average temperature rise of the bus-bar ofthe cooling system module,cell and top surface of the module is reduced by 15.56%,11.48% and 20.34% respec-tively,and the temperature distribution on the cell of the module is more uniform.
