摘　　要：医药卫生是现代国家最为重要的民生领域,与新时代人民群众的幸福感、获得感、安全感密切相关.当前我国医药卫生领域职务犯罪日益增多,并呈现联动性、持续性的特征.然而,现有治理机制存在预防机制缺乏联动、管理体制尚未健全、监督机制有待优化等问题.对此,应当在国家治理体系现代化的背景下,建构联动性的预防机制,完善医药领域管理机制,健全内外部监督机制,从而推进医药卫生领域职务犯罪治理体系的现代化和科学化.Medical and health care is the most important area of people's livelihood in modern countries,and is closely related to the people's sense of well-being and security.At present,the crime by taking advan-tage of duty in the field of medical and health care is increasing day by day in our country,and presents the characteristics of linkage and continuity.However,there are some problems in the current governance mecha-nism,such as the lack of linkage of prevention mechanism,the unsound management system and the UNOPTI-MIZED supervision mechanism.Therefore,in the context of the modernization of the national governance sys-tem,we should establish an interactive preventive mechanism,improve the management mechanism in the field of medicine,and improve the internal and external supervision mechanism,so as to promote the modernization and scientification of the administrative system of duty crime in the field of medical and health.
