发生论视域下思想政治教育有效性探赜

摘　　要：从主体主导律、客体主动律、介体联结律、交互作用律这四大思想政治教育发生的具体规律出发,探究思想政治教育的有效性,需要加强思政课教师队伍建设,充分发挥教育者的主导作用;尊重受教育者的主体地位,促使学生自觉主动地接受思政内容;发挥好介体的桥梁功能,协调好主客体之间的关系;优化系统要素结构,形成思想政治教育合力.Taking the specific law of ideological and political education as a new perspective and starting from the four laws of subject leading law,object active law,agent connection law and interaction law,this paper explores the effectiveness of ideological and political education.We need to strengthen the construction of ideo-logical and political teachers,give full play to the leading role of educators;respect the subject status of the ed-ucated persons and urge students to accept the ideological and political content consciously and actively;give full play to the bridge function of mediator and coordinate the relationship between subject and object;optimize the structure of system elements and form the resultant force of ideological and political education.
