《卫生宝鉴》脾胃病用药规律探析

摘　　要：目的借助中医传承计算平台V3.0软件分析易水学派医家罗天益代表作《卫生宝鉴》治疗脾胃病的组方及用药规律。方法以中医传承计算平台V3.0软件对《卫生宝鉴》中治疗脾胃病的处方进行数据挖掘,对方剂中的药物进行四气、五味、归经、用药频次、关联规则、聚类分析方面的数据分析。结果共纳入98首方剂,频次前五味的中药分别是甘草、白术、木香、干姜、陈皮,药性多属于温、寒、平,药味以辛、苦、甘为主,入脾、胃、肺经的药物最多,补虚、理气、温里类中药最为常用,关联规则分析得到常用组合28组,无监督的聚类分析,得到4首类方。结论罗天益治疗脾胃病用药时特点如下:甘温补脾重视理气;辛苦甘温灵活组合;消补兼施强胃为本;消下除积健脾和胃。Objective To analyze the formulae and the rules of medication used in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in the Weisheng Baojian,the representative work of Luo Tianyi,a medical practitioner of the Yi Shui school,with the aid of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0 software.Methods Data mining was carried out for prescriptions for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in Weisheng Baojian by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform V3.0 software,and data analysis was conducted on the four nature,five flavours,channel tropism,medication frequency,association rules,cluster analysis for the drugs in the prescription.Results A total of 98 prescriptions were included.The top five Chinese materia medica in frequency were Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Aucklandiae Radix,Zingiberis Rhizoma,and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.The drug properties mostly belongs to warm,cold,plain.The drug taste was mainly pungent,bitter,and sweet,and the most drugs enter the spleen,stomach,and lung channels.Tonifying deficiency,regulating qi,and warming interior were the most commonly used Chinese materia medica.Twenty-eight groups of common combinations were obtained by association rule analysis,and four associated prescriptions were obtained by unsupervised cluster analysis.Conclusion The characteristics of Luo Tianyi’s treatment of spleen and stomach diseases are as follows:sweet and warm tonifying spleen while pay attention to regulating qi;flexible combination of pungent,bitter,sweet,and warm medicine;based on eliminating and reinforcing together for strengthening the stomach;eliminating downward stagnation to strengthen the spleen and stomach.
