摘  要:钙激活氯通道调节剂1(CLCA1)是一种分泌型自催化裂解的蛋白质,属于CLCA家族的一员,它能够激活哺乳动物细胞中钙依赖的氯离子电流,并具有锌金属蛋白酶特性。通过发挥其金属蛋白酶和阴离子通道激活作用,CLCA1在呼吸系统和消化系统黏液高分泌相关疾病如支气管哮喘、溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制中起重要作用。同时,由于其上皮细胞氯离子及其他阴离子的传导调节作用而参与恶性肿瘤发生发展进程。本文就CLCA1的分子结构、相关特性以及与相关疾病的关系研究进展作一综述。Calcium-activated chloride channel regulator 1(CLCA1)is a secretory autocatalytic lysate protein,a member of the CLCA family,that activates calcium-dependent chloride currents in mammalian cells and has zinc metalloproteinase properties.Through its metalloproteinase and anion channel activation,CLCA1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of mucus hypersecretion-related diseases of the respiratory and digestive systems,such as bronchial asthma and ulcerative colitis.At the same time,it is involved in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors due to the conduction regulation of chloridion and other anions in epithelial cells.In this review,the molecular structure,related properties and the relationship between CLCA1 and related diseases are reviewed.
