腕踝针联合揿针疗法治疗腰腿痛患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腕踝针、揿针疗法联合用于腰腿痛患者的治疗效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年5月在浙江省温州市中医院骨科住院治疗的66例腰腿痛患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组(33例)行揿针疗法干预,观察组(33例)行腕踝针联合揿针疗法,两组干预时间均为20 d。观察两组患者疼痛控制、情绪改善、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果干预后,两组数字分级法、疼痛分级指数、现时疼痛强度评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腰腿痛患者疼痛治疗中同时行腕踝针、揿针疗法,可获得更高的有效性,且安全性良好。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture and needle-embedding therapy in the treatment of patients with pain in lower extremities and waist.Methods A total of 66 patients with lower extremities and waist pain who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics,Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Zhejiang Province from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group(33 cases)was received needle-embedding therapy intervention,the observation group(33 cases)was received wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with needle-embedding therapy,the intervention time of both groups was 20 d.Pain control,mood improvement,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results After intervention,numerical rating scale,pain rating index,and present pain intensity scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the pain treatment of patients with pain in lower extremities and waist,wrist-ankle acupuncture and needle-embedding therapy are performed at the same time,can obtain the higher efficiency,and the security is good.
