摘　　要：目的研究补肾通痹汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月于石家庄市人民医院治疗的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组给予双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加补肾通痹汤口服,两组均治疗21 d。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后功能障碍、疼痛评分、炎症因子的变化。结果观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的视觉模拟评分法、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的日本骨科协会评估评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾通痹汤能较好地改善腰椎间盘突出症的临床疼痛、功能障碍,并减轻机体的炎症状态,值得临床应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Bushen Tongbi Decoction on lumbar disc herniation.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Shijiazhuang People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Double Release Enteric Coated Capsules,the observation group was treated with oral Bushen Tongbi Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 21 days.The clinical efficacy and the changes of dysfunction,pain score,and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scales and Oswestry disability index scores in both groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese orthopaedic association evaluation scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor-αin two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tongbi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical pain and dysfunction of lumbar disc herniation,and can effectively reduce the inflammation of the body,and it is werthy of clinical value.
