针刀整体松解术思想指导下运用项十针治疗颈椎病的原理分析

摘　　要：本文在“T形针刀整体松解术”思想指导下,根据针刀医学及针灸学对颈椎病病因病理的认识,设计出运用针灸治疗颈椎病的“项十针”,详细地介绍了“项十针”的取穴方法及针灸治疗操作方法,并分别从针刀医学及针灸学角度分析“项十针”治疗颈椎病的原理,阐明了“项十针”治疗颈椎病的合理性。为颈椎病的治疗提供了一种新的治疗方法。This paper under the guidance of the idea of“T-shaped acupotomy for holistic release”and according to the understanding of the etiology and pathology of cervical spondylosis by acupotomy medicine and acupuncture and moxibustion,“10-point-acupuncture”for the treatment of cervical spondylosis by acupuncture and moxibustion are designed.This paper introduces in detail the method of acupoint selection and operation of acupuncture and moxibustion,and analyzes the principle of the treatment of cervical spondylosis by“10-point-acupuncture”from the perspectives of acupotomology and acupuncture,and expounds the rationality of the treatment of cervical spondylosis by“10-point-acupuncture”.It provides a new method for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
