摘　　要：《与非国家行为体交往框架》政策是世界卫生组织改革及推动全球卫生治理的重要内容,世界卫生组织合作中心是践行该政策的重要推动力。本文通过简要梳理《与非国家行为体交往框架》政策发展历程,基于政策实施角度归纳世界卫生组织合作中心在推动全球卫生治理的实践,总结了世界卫生组织合作中心参与推动全球卫生治理创新机制方面的经验与启示,为中国的世界卫生组织合作中心发展提供参考。The policy for Framework of Engagement with Non-State Actors is an important content of World Health Organization reform and promotion of global health governance.World Health Organization Collaborating Centers is an important driving force for the implementation of this policy.This paper briefly reviews the policy development process of Framework for Engagement with Non-State Actors,based on the policy implementation angle induced by the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre in promoting global health governance practices,summarizes the experience and enlightenment the World Health Organization Collaborating Centre in promoting global health governance innovation mechanism,providing reference for the development of World Health Organization Collaborating Centers in China.
