摘　　要：随着油田开发的不断深入,大庆油田采油八厂近年来新开发区块逐渐出现开发对象差、储量接替难、地面依托差、建设环境差等特点,区块、有效动用困难。为适应新的开发形势,按照地上地下一体化、降低建设投资、节省运行成本的原则,坚持以经济效益为中心,实施地面建设整体优化简化,坚持以提高计产天数为目标,推进产能建设提质提速。下一步将针对具体问题开展技术攻关,探索适合外围油田的地面效益建产模式。With the continuous deepening of oilfield development,the newly development block of Daqing Oilfield No.8 oil production plant has gradually appeared the characteristics of poor develop-ment objects,difficult reserve replacement,poor ground support,and poor construction environment in recent years,which makes it difficult to use the block effectively.In order to adapt to the new devel-opment situation,in accordance with the principle of"Surface-underground integration,reduce con-struction investment,and save operation cost",the economic benefit as the center should be adhered,the overall optimization and simplification of ground construction should be implemented,and the goal of improving the number of production days should be adhered,so as to promote the quality and speed of production capacity construction.In the next step,technical research will be carried out for specific problems,and the ground benefit construction and production mode suitable for peripheral oilfields will be explored.
