摘 要:使用Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),研究动态条件下氧化石墨烯增强环氧树脂涂层在NaCl三元采出液环境下的耐蚀效果,并与环氧树脂涂层和鳞片石墨/环氧树脂涂层(EP)进行耐蚀性能比较。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对制备的氧化石墨烯进行表征,对制备的涂层进行了附着力和硬度的测试,利用水接触角、交流阻抗(EIS)、极化曲线和微观形貌对腐蚀前后的氧化石墨烯/环氧树脂(GO/EP)涂层进行分析。结果表明,GO/EP涂层附着力、硬度、接触角最好,因此对介质阻碍能力最强;经21天腐蚀后,GO/EP涂层的耐蚀性能明显优于鳞片石墨/EP涂层和EP涂层;腐蚀后的EP涂层出现了大量裂缝与褶皱,而GO/EP涂层仅粗糙度增加。In this study,the graphene oxide(GO)is prepared by the Hummers method.The corro-sion resistance effect of graphene oxide reinforced epoxy resin coating under dynamic conditions in Na-Cl-ASP flooding produced liquid environment is investigated,and compared with epoxy resin coating and flake graphite/epoxy resin coating.FT-IR and XRD are used to characterize the GO.The adhe-sion and hardness of the GO/EP coating are tested.The water contact angle,EIS,polarization curve and microstructure are used to analyze the GO/EP coating before and after corrosion.The result indi-cates that the GO/EP coating has the best adhesion,hardness,and contact angle,so its medium blocking ability is the strongest.After 21 days of corrosion,the corrosion resistance of GO/EP coating is significantly better than flake graphite/EP coating and EP coating.The corroded EP coating shows a large number of cracks and folds,while the GO/EP coating only increases roughness.
