摘  要:目前国内缺乏抽油机及配套节能产品的标准测试系统,对节能产品评价还不尽科学合理,应用的节能产品对抽油机各节能点的影响缺少详细的测试分析,阻碍了抽油机节能技术进一步的研究和应用。通过开展抽油机及配套节能产品标准测试装置研制,指导油田正确应用节能产品,掌握不同节能产品的不同应用条件,为制定抽油机及配套设备能效标准打下基础,对促进节能降耗工作具有规范和促进作用。At present,China lacks standard test systems for pumping units and supporting energy saving products.The evaluation of energysaving products is not scientific and reasonable.There is a shortage of tests and analyses of the impacts that the applications of energy-saving products have on each energy-saving point of the pumping unit,which hinders further studied and applied on the energy saving technology.Through the development of the energy-saving standard test device for pumping units and supporting products,it aims to provide instructions on how to correctly use energysaving products in oilfields,help users master different application conditions of different energy-saving products and lay a foundation for formulating energy efficiency standards for oil control machines and supporting equipment,which plays a normative and promoting role in energy conservation and consumption reduction.
