摘 要:油田开发中油水井的套管变形简称为套变井。随着开发时间不断延长,受地层应力作用、泥岩水化、套管腐蚀等多种因素的影响,套变井持续产生,导致井下设备受损、井网部署打乱、开发成本上升,给井网完善和油田开发带来不利影响的同时,也给所在地区带来很大的安全环保风险。套管变形是油田井筒完整性管理面临的主要难题之一,经研究探索对套变井开展“预防+治理”的工作思路,采取下膨胀管、取换套等技术措施,使套变井预防及治理问题见到良好成效。现场实施应用134井次,平均成功率达87%,为实现延长油水井生命周期、消减安全隐患、确保清洁环保、提升井筒质量做出了贡献。Casing deformation of oil and water wells in oilfield development is referred to as casing change well.With the continuous extension of development time,formation stress,mud stone hydra-tion,casing corrosion and other factors are affected.Casing change wells continue to occur,resulting in the damage of downhole equipment,the disruption of well pattern deployment and the rise of development cost,which not only has an adverse impact on the improvement of well pattern and oil field development,but also brings great safety and environmental protection risks to the area.Casing deformation is one of the main problems faced by oilfield wellbore integrity management.Through re search and exploration,the working idea of"prevention+treatment"for casing change wells has been carried out.Technical measures such as expansion pipe and casing replacement have been taken on site,so that the prevention and treatment of casing change wells have achieved good results.It has been applied for 134 wells,with an average success rate of 87%.In order to prolong the life cycle of oil and water wells and reduce potential safety hazards,cleanliness and environmental protection contributed to the improvement of wellbore quality.
