摘  要:针对抽油机运行能耗高、工作效率低以及存在倒发电的问题,在24口产能井上开展直流母线采油井群控节能技术现场试验,将同一平台或相邻多个平台的油井共用1台变压器和1台回馈整流装置,将电压380 V三相交流电转变成540 V两相直流电,直流电通过直流母线传输到单井,每台抽油机配备直流电转交流电逆变控制装置,实现变频调控,电动机通过逆变终端直接挂接在直流母线上,降低变压器投资,降低举升系统能耗。当电动机工作时,逆变终端从直流母线上吸收电能;当电动机倒发电时,倒发电立即馈入母线为其他逆变终端共享,现场应用群控节能技术后,24口井变压器由8台减少到4台,单井日节电31.7 kWh,节电率20.32%。the field test of DC bus oil well group control energy-saving technology was carried out in 24 wells with production capacity.The oil wells on the same platform or multiple adjacent platforms shared one transformer and one feedback rectifier to convert the 380 V three-phase AC into 540 V two-phase DC.The DC was transmitted to the single well through the DC bus.Each pumping unit was equipped with DC to AC inverter control device to realize frequency conversion regulation,The motor is directly connected to the DC bus through the inverter terminal to reduce the investment of transformer and reduce the energy consumption of lifting system.When the motor works,the inverter terminal absorbs electric energy from the DC bus;When the motor reverses power generation,the re-verse power generation is immediately fed into the bus and shared by other inverter terminals.The number of transformers in 24 wells is reduced from 8 to 4.The daily power saving of single well is 31.7 kWh,and the power saving rate is 20.32%.
