摘 要:受砂蜡及交变载荷的影响,油井生产过程中在疲劳应力的作用下,会出现光杆断脱现象,造成砸坏光杆密封器、损坏深井泵、跑油污染以及油井软硬卡井等诸多问题,导致油井生产时率下降、作业成本增加、井场及周围农田苇场受到污染。欢喜岭采油厂抽油设备90%为游梁式抽油机,每年出现断光杆井次约80井次左右,其中造成井口跑油污染事故约20井次,造成油井检泵约35井次,采用在下死点打方卡子的方法存在不足,因此开展了抽油机光杆防断脱悬绳器的研制与应用工作,进行了现场试验,光杆防断脱悬绳器防脱成功,断后防脱效果较好,实验井提高了油井生产时率,增油5.6 t,累计获经济效益3.04万元,弥补了目前光杆断脱防护方面的技术不足。Under the influence of sand wax and alternating load and the action of fatigue stress,the polished rod will break off oil well in the production process.It appears many problems such as smash-ing the polished rod seal,damaging the deep well pump,oil leakage pollution and the soft and hard stuck wells of oil well,which causes the decline of oil well production time rate,the increase of opera-tion cost,the pollution of the well pad and the surrounding farmland reed field.90%of the pumping equipment is beam pumping units in Huanxiling oil production plant.It has about 80 well times of bro-ken polished rod every year,among which includes about 20 well times of oil leakage pollution acci-dents at the wellhead and about 35 well times of pump inspection in the oil well.The method of square clip at the bottom dead center is insufficient.Hence,development and application of anti-break beam hanger for the polished rod of pumping unit are carried out.We carry out the field test whose effect is successful and the effect of anti stripping after breaking is good.The experimental well has improved the production time rate of the oil well,increased by 5.6 tons and achieved a cumulative economic benefit of 30400 yuan,which makes up for the technical deficiency in the protection of anti-break polish rod.
