摘 要:加热炉是一种油田开发生产过程中重要用能设备,也是油田生产重要的废气排放源。提高加热炉运行效率,提升加热炉节能减排效果已成为各油田一项重要的研究攻关课题。针对大庆油田某采油厂联合站加热炉老化严重、运行效率低、空气过剩系数大、排烟温度过高、烟气排放不达标等问题,提出了对陈旧加热炉进行节能技术改造,强化加热炉运行精细化管理,推广应用便携式加热炉效率自动测试调节仪、低氮燃烧器,以及回收利用加热炉烟气余热等措施。实践证明,这些措施均十分有效,致使某采油厂联合站加热炉系统效率提升6.7%,加热炉烟气排放全部达标,年燃料气减少消耗207.6×10^(4) m^(3),节能减排效果显著。The heating furnace of oil field combined station is not only an important energy consump-tion equipment in the process of oil field development and production,but also an important waste gas emission source of oil field production.Reducing the exhaust gas emission of heating furnace,improv-ing the operation efficiency of heating furnace,reducing energy consumption and improving the ener-gysaving and emission reduction effect of heating furnace in oil field combined station have become an important research topic in each oil field.In view of the serious aging of the heating furnace equipment in the combined station,low operation efficiency,large excess air coefficient,high exhaust gas tem-perature and substandard flue gas emission of the heating furnace,it is proposed to implement the ener-gy-saving technical transformation of the old heating furnace equipment,strengthen the refined man-agement of the operation of the heating furnace in the oil field,popularize and apply the portable auto-matic testing and regulating instrument for the efficiency of the heating furnace measures and ways to improve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction of heating furnace,such as low nitro-gen burner and heating furnace flue gas waste heat utilization technology.Practice has proved that these measures are very effective,achieving the effect of energy conservation,efficiency enhancement and emission reduction of 6.7%of the heating furnace system efficiency of the combined station of the oil production plant,all the flue gas emissions of the heating furnace meet the standard,and the annual fuel gas consumption is reduced by 2.076 million cubic meters.
