摘  要:涩北二号气田疏松砂岩边水气藏出水井逐年增多、需连续排水才能维持生产。同时,由于气井出砂严重,致有杆泵、电泵等人工举升工艺应用受限。针对这个问题,根据气井分布集中的地面条件,结合现有地面生产流程及气井生产动态,开展了气举方式、气举参数、压缩机选型、水合物防治、注气流程等系统配套研究。形成了采用电机驱动往复式压缩机湿气增压、集气站分区配气、多井气举注气流程;充分利用增压气体余温加注气干线保温和阀组区注抑制剂的防治水合物措施和套管注气油管生产、光油管与气举阀相结合举升方式的多井集中气举排水采气工艺技术方案。至2020年底,己建成可同时满足83口气井气举的配套工程,实施连续气举排水井70口,已累计增产天然气1.22×10^(8)m^(3),效果显著,对有水气藏治水有重要借鉴意义。In the Sebei-2 gas field,the number of water wells in the Sebei loose sandstone edge water gas reservoir increases year by year,therefore continuous drainage is required to maintain production.At the same time,due to the serious sand production in the gas wells,the application of artificial lift technologies such as rod pumps and electric pumps is fairly limited.In response to this problem,according to the surface conditions of distribution density of gas wells,incorporating the existing surface production process and gas well production dynamics,the research on gas lift method,gas lift parameters,compressor selection,hydrate inhibition and gas injection processes has been carried out.The process of using motor-driven reciprocating compressors for boosting wet gas,gas distribution at gathering stations,and multi-well gas lift gas injection was developed.This research also makes full use of the residual heat of the booster gas for injection as heat insulation of the trunk line and for injection into valve manifold area for hydrate inhibition and into casing annulus to enhance tubing oil production;and develops the multi-well centralized gas lift drainage gas extraction process and gas lift valve combined lifting method.By the end of 2020,it has completed the associated facilities project which can meet the gas lift of 83 gas wells at the same time;70 continuous gas lift drainage wells have been implemented,and has produced 122 million m^(3)of additional natural gas.As the impact is significant,this research can be used as an important reference for managing water of water-gas reservoirs.
