普通高校高水平运动队的历史变迁及建设策略研究

摘　　要：我国高校高水平运动队建设为增强我国体育在国际上的地位发挥出重要的积极作用。纵观高校高水平运动队的建设历程发现,“体教分离”越来越不适应新时代体育人才的新要求,存在招生制度不完善、目标定位不够精准、日常管理不规范、师资队伍薄弱等问题。基于此,完善招生制度、明确办学定位、规范管理条例、坚持“体教融合”等建设策略,可以推动我国体育事业的高质量发展,促进高水平运动员的全面发展。The construction of high-level sports teams plays an important and positive role in enhancing the status of Chinese sports in the world.Through literature review of the construction process,it is found that“separation of sports and education”fails to meet the new requirements of sports talents in the new era,with existing problems of imperfect recruitment system,inaccurate target positioning,non-standard daily management,and weak teaching staff.In view of this,we should improve the enrollment system,clari-fy the orientation of specialty setting,standardize management regulations,and adhere to the“integration of sports and education”and other construction strategies,so as to promote the high-quality development of sports undertakings in China and the all-round de-velopment of high-level athletes.
