摘 要:开发低成本、高活性的非铂催化剂对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的大规模商业化应用具有十分重要的意义。非铂PEMFC的测试受到许多条件的影响,因此对非铂催化剂膜电极的制备方法和单电池测试工艺参数的研究变得非常重要。采用自制的铁-氮-碳为阴极催化剂,得出在用刮涂法制备膜电极,每毫克催化剂添加相同重量的离子聚合物膜溶液以及控制催化剂颗粒平均粒径为250 nm的条件下,单电池性能测试可以取得理想的结果。The development of low-cost and high-activity non-platinum catalysts is of great significance to the large-scale commer-cial application of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC).The test of non-platinum PEMFC is affected by many factors,so the research on the preparation method of non-platinum catalyst membrane electrode assembly and the single cell test process be-comes very important.A self-made iron-nitrogen-carbon catalyst is used as the cathode catalyst.It is concluded that the ideal results of PEMFC test can be obtained under the conditions that the membrane electrode assembly is prepared by a doctor blade method,that the same weight of Nafion solution is added per mg of catalyst,and that the average particle size of the catalyst is controlled to be 250 nm.
