论《局外人》中的听觉叙事功能

摘　　要：《局外人》是法国著名存在主义作家阿尔贝·加缪的成名作,也是其荒诞哲学思想最典型的代表作。小说中的多重音景不仅为静态的视觉文本增添了强大的动态气围,也为读者的阅读体验延申了无限的想象空间。以《局外人》中的自然音景、社会音景以及无声音景为着眼点,考察小说中形态各异的声音现象,可以深入探究听觉叙事对小说人物塑造、情节构建以及主题强化三个方面的重要作用,从而为加缪小说的解读提供一个新的烛照点。The Outsider is a famous work of Albert Camus,a famous French existentialist writer,and also the most typical represen-tative of his absurd philosophy.The multi-stressed soundscapes in this novel not only add powerful linguistic power to the static visual picture,but also broaden the infinite imagination for readers’reading experience.With natural sounds,social soundscape,and silent soundscape in The Outsider as the starting point,through examining the various sound phenomena in the novel,we can further explore the important role of auditory narration in the characterization,plot construction and theme intensification of novels,in hope of provid-ing the interpretation of Camus’novels with a new perspective.
