摘  要:以船用辅机电机罩壳结构为研究对象,针对成型过程中成型件易起皱、拉毛和破裂的问题,确定了冲压成型工艺参数并通过调整凹模及凸模R角、型面等结构参数优化成型模具。结合Autoform数值模拟软件对优化后模具的冲压过程进行模拟分析,并以板材减薄率、裂缝成形极限图等作为成型质量的评价指标。仿真结果表明:优化后的冲压成型质量较好,未发生明显开裂情况,产品最大减薄率为30.32%,未发生起皱现象。同时经冲压成型生产实践,优化后的产品合格率在90%以上,可提高成型件加工质量,能较好满足船用机械的应用要求。Taking the shell structure of marine auxiliary motor as the research object,aiming at the problems of wrinkling,napping and cracking in the current forming process,the stamping process parameters were determined,and the forming die was optimized by adjusting the structural parameters such as R angle and profile of female die and male die.Combined with Autoform numerical simulation software,the stamping process of the optimized die is simulated and analyzed,and the sheet thinning rate,crack forming limit diagram are used as evaluation indexes of forming quality.The simulation results show that the optimized stamping quality is good without obvious cracking,and the maximum product thinning rate is 30.32%without wrinkling.At the same time,through the practice of stamping,the qualified rate of the optimized product is over 90%,which can improve the processing quality of the molded parts and better meet the application requirements of marine machinery.
